What happens after you order

Within one business day, we send you two or three times and the invoice.
Once it’s paid, your session is booked: 60 minutes, one to one, on Microsoft Teams in your browser.
If you continue with a package, the session fee counts in full toward it.

What happens after you send this

On a free 30-minute consultation, we make sure the plan fits you.
We send the service agreement. Once you’ve signed and returned it, we send the invoice within one business day.
Monthly plans are billed at the start of each month and run month to month: stop any time before your next month is billed. We recommend three months. Term and three-month packages are paid in two parts: half at the start, half at mid-term. No VAT added, subject to change.

Asking as a private person? Your agreement explains your 14-day right to withdraw, and how we can start sooner if you ask us to.
