These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Elevated Consulting Solutions website (“Site”) and any services, materials, or information provided by Elevated Consulting Solutions (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don’t agree, please discontinue use of the Site.
Use of the Website
You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that doesn’t infringe the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the Site. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, its systems, or networks.
Intellectual Property
All content on this Site (including text, graphics, logos, images, documents, and digital materials) is the property of Elevated Consulting Solutions or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.
Services
Descriptions of our services on the Site are for informational purposes only. Engagements, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are governed by separate written agreements or proposals between Elevated Consulting Solutions and the client.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time.
Payment, Scheduling, and Cancellation
These are the standing rules for our services. Your written quote or proposal sets the scope and price of your project; where it differs from this section, the quote or proposal applies.
How work starts. For most services, you send a request, we talk it through, and we send a service agreement. Once you’ve signed and returned it, we send the invoice within one business day. Two services are ordered online instead: Website checks and coaching starter sessions. Pressing “Order with obligation to pay” places a binding order; we confirm it and send the invoice within one business day, and work begins once it’s paid.
Invoices are due within 14 days unless your agreement says otherwise.
Academic Coaching
- Sessions are one-to-one on Microsoft Teams, in your browser.
- Monday to Friday, we reply to email and WhatsApp within one business day. On Saturdays and Sundays, we usually answer quick WhatsApp questions the same day; longer feedback and sessions take place on weekdays.
- Monthly plans are paid at the start of each month and run month to month. You can stop at any time before your next month begins. We recommend three months, but it isn’t required.
- Term packages, and three-month packages where offered, are paid in two parts: half at the start and half at the midpoint.
- Starter sessions are ordered online and booked once the invoice is paid.
- The starter session fee counts toward a plan or package if you continue.
- To move a session, give us at least 24 hours’ notice and we’ll rebook it. Sessions canceled with less notice, and missed sessions, count as used. Unused sessions can be rebooked within 30 days.
Dissertation and Thesis Editing
- Your written quote is your service agreement, and nothing is charged until you’ve signed it.
- Half is paid when you sign and half when we return the edited file; quotes of €2.000 or more can instead be paid in installments if chosen (see Installments). Quotes under €300 are paid in full when you sign.
Business Services (Marketing Strategy, Market Research, Business Writing, Website Design & Development)
- Projects are priced in writing before work starts, based on the scope we agree with you.
- Half to begin, half on delivery; projects of €2.000 or more can instead be paid in installments if chosen: half to begin, then 3 equal payments, the first 14 days after completion and the next two 30 days apart. No VAT added, subject to change.
- Website checks are invoiced when ordered and start once paid; the fee counts in full toward a strategy, build or care plan booked within 60 days.
- Monthly services, such as the Social Media Retainer, the Content Program and Website Care, are billed monthly in advance and can be canceled with one month’s notice.
- We refine work within the agreed scope. A new direction after sign-off is new work and is quoted separately.
DAFT Visa Support
- The first consultation is free.
- Starter is paid in 2 parts: half to begin, half when your business plan is delivered. Launch and Complete are paid in 3 parts: a third to begin, a third when your plan is delivered, a third when your application is submitted.
- Extra calls are €65 an hour, invoiced and booked once paid.
- We aren’t lawyers and don’t give legal advice. When your situation needs a lawyer, we’ll tell you.
Installments
- On projects of €2.000 or more you may choose installments: half to begin, then 3 equal payments, the first 14 days after completion and the next two 30 days apart.
- Installments are interest-free and carry no fees, and you can pay early at any time. If a payment is more than 14 days late and stays unpaid 14 days after a written reminder, the rest becomes due.
- You may use the finished work from delivery; ownership passes to you with the last payment.
VAT
- We use the Dutch small business scheme (KOR), so we charge no VAT and our invoices show none. If that changes, we’ll tell you before it affects any quote.
Your Right to Withdraw (Private Individuals)
If you’re a private individual, you may withdraw from an agreement or online order within 14 days of the day you placed your order or signed your agreement, without giving a reason: use the Withdraw from contract here page, email info@elevatedconsultingsolutions.com, or use the model form in your agreement. We refund what you paid within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, by the same payment method.
If you asked us to start within the 14 days, you pay for the work done until you withdrew, and once the service has been fully performed at your request, the right ends. Business clients don’t have this right.
No Professional Advice
Information provided on this Site is for general informational purposes and doesn’t constitute professional, legal, financial, or technical advice. Decisions based on information from the Site are made at your own discretion.
Third‑Party Links
Our Site may contain links to third‑party websites or resources. We aren’t responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third‑party sites and don’t endorse them. Accessing third‑party links is at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elevated Consulting Solutions isn’t liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
- Use or inability to use the Site
- Reliance on information provided on the Site
- Errors, interruptions, or security breaches
- Third‑party content or services
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Site is to stop using it.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that the law doesn’t allow us to limit, such as for intent or gross negligence, or your rights as a consumer.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding:
- Accuracy or completeness of content
- Availability or reliability of the Site
- Non‑infringement, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose
User Submissions
If you submit information through forms, uploads, or communication channels on the Site, you grant us a non‑exclusive right to use that information for the purpose of responding to your inquiry or delivering requested services.
You’re responsible for ensuring that any information you provide is accurate and lawful.
Privacy
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data, and our Cookie Policy explains the cookies we use.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in The Hague, Netherlands. If you’re a private individual, you keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live and may also bring a claim in the courts there.
Changes to These Terms
We may update or revise these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect the most recent version. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Changes to a service, or to these Terms, don’t affect an agreement or order already made; it keeps the terms that applied when it was made.
