Originally from Florida, we spent ten years in Texas and now call The Hague, Netherlands, home. We think differently, and that’s exactly what sets us apart. We’re not a mega-agency, and we’re not consultants removed from the actual work; we’re experts in business marketing & consulting services, as well as academic support services.

What does Elevated Consulting Solutions do?
Two things, from the same two people. For businesses, we handle brand strategy, content strategy, market and data analysis, and website and SEO improvements, all covered on our business marketing services page. For researchers and graduate students, we support research design, data analysis, editing for clear English, and APA formatting through our academic services. The common thread is evidence. You will always see the reasoning behind a recommendation, in plain language, before you act on it.
Do you only take clients in the Netherlands?
No. We are based in The Hague. Our clients include Dutch companies, expat-owned businesses, and small firms in the United States. Everything runs remotely and asynchronously, so distance has never been the constraint. If you want to see how we think before you talk to us, our insights and resources are free and public.
Who will I actually be working with?
John and Kristen McAvoy, the two people who own the company. No account managers, no handoff to a junior team. That is a deliberate limit on how many clients we take at once, and it is the reason we can tell you what we actually think instead of what a scope document says. Can you write my dissertation or thesis for me?
No, and we will not, for any client at any price. We coach, and we edit your own words so your argument lands clearly in English. Structural feedback on chapters and framing is part of that. Producing text you would submit as your own scholarly work crosses a line we hold firmly. Everything short of that is on the table, from research design through data analysis to APA formatting and editing, and you should finish able to defend every word.
How do you measure whether the marketing is paying off?
We agree on what success looks like before any work starts, then measure against your own numbers rather than industry averages. That usually means a small set of metrics tied to revenue or qualified enquiries, not follower counts. What happens after I book a consultation?
We talk about what you are trying to do and what you have already tried. No pitch deck. If we are a good fit, you get a written proposal that spells out the deliverables and the cost; if we are not, we will say so and point you somewhere more useful.
