  1. On a free 30-minute call, we pin down what the strategy has to solve.
  2. We send the service agreement with the scope, price and timeline. Once you’ve signed and returned it, we send the invoice within one business day. Half to begin, half on delivery; projects of €2.000 or more can instead be paid in installments if chosen: half to begin, then 3 equal payments, the first 14 days after completion and the next two 30 days apart. No VAT added, subject to change.
  3. We deliver it (Essentials 2–3 weeks, Starter 4–5, Standard 6–8).
